Create Free AccountEveryone's heard a story about a friend who spun a slot on their phone and walked away with a life-changing win out of nowhere. In Brazil, that kind of story is becoming more and more common — and for good reason. As online casino platforms have expanded across the country, progressive jackpots have firmly taken hold, and the 98a3 is at the heart of it all. With over 120 titles offering some type of jackpot, the platform is one of the most complete options available for Brazilian players looking to compete for real prizes in BRL.
But what exactly is a jackpot? Simply put, it's the maximum prize a game can pay out. In standard slots, that amount is fixed and set by the paytable. Progressive jackpots — the most exciting kind — work differently: a small portion of every bet placed by any player on the network feeds into a shared pool that keeps growing until someone wins it. At the 98a3, the progressive Mega Jackpot has already surpassed R$ 4.8 million and is still climbing. That's right — nearly five million reais waiting for the next lucky winner.
Here's how progressive jackpots work: every time you bet R$1.00 on a participating slot, a fraction of that goes into a shared pot. Multiply that across thousands of players betting simultaneously, 24 hours a day, and it's easy to see why the totals climb so fast. The exact moment a jackpot hits is determined by a certified random number generator, which ensures every player has an equal shot — regardless of how much they've wagered or how long they've been playing.
The 98a3 offers four main jackpot categories to suit different player profiles. The progressive Mega Jackpot is for those who dream big — million-BRL prizes that can take weeks to hit, but when they do, they change lives. The Daily Jackpot has a fixed value of R$ 50,000.00, drops every day at 8 PM, and is perfect for players who want a more frequent shot at a guaranteed prize. The Weekly Jackpot builds up over seven days and drops every Sunday, typically ranging from R$ 100,000.00 to R$ 500,000.00 depending on that week's betting volume. And the Lightning Jackpot — smaller in value but highly frequent — can drop at any time of day without warning.
Among the most popular jackpot titles on the 98a3 stand out titles like Mega Fortune and Divine Fortune by NetEnt, Wolf Gold by Pragmatic Play, and Gates of Olympus, which blends megaways mechanics with a sizable progressive jackpot. For fans of crash games, Aviator Jackpot by Spribe is a compelling option, combining the rush of a crash game with the chance to land an extra prize on the same round.
It's also worth talking about how you can use the bonuses available at 98a3 to your advantage on jackpots. The welcome bonus of up to R$ 500.00 can be used on jackpot games with a low minimum bet, such as the Daily Jackpot and the Lightning Jackpot. That means you can compete for real prizes without risking your own money while working through the bonus rollover. The weekly free spins also tend to include jackpot titles in the selection of eligible games — check which ones are available every Monday.
Transparency is one of the pillars of 98a3. All RTPs for jackpot games are published on the platform, and accumulated values are updated in real time so you always know exactly what you're playing for. Progressive jackpot results are determined by random number generators audited by independent bodies, ensuring the game is genuinely fair for every player.
And when the jackpot hits for you? The prize is credited automatically to your account at 98a3 in a matter of seconds. If you prefer to withdraw via Pix, the process takes under 10 minutes. For higher-value prizes, our Portuguese-speaking support team will reach out to verify your details and make sure everything goes smoothly. There's no expiration date on jackpot winnings — the funds stay in your account until you decide what to do with them.
Responsible gambling is taken seriously at the 98a3. While the thrill of jackpots is undeniable, it's important to remember that these are games of chance — no strategy guarantees a win. The platform offers tools such as daily deposit limits, loss limits, and temporary self-exclusion so you can always play within your means. Portuguese-language support is available 24 hours a day for any questions. Enjoy the jackpots at 98a3 for all the excitement they bring — and play responsibly.
